Tyler provides woven mesh with wires as thick as 6.3 mm (1/4”) down to as thin as 15 µm in all weavable materials. W.S. Tyler has the capabilities of providing different markets with square, rectangular or zero aperture mesh. In addition, where conventional filter cloths have reached their limits, RPD HIFLO opens up new dimensions for filtration. Using new weaving technology, the RPD HIFLO filters at twice the flow rate compared to conventional material at the same pore size.   Fabricating Capabilities: We offer wire cloth in standard rolls, and cut-to-size pieces in strips, discs and cones.
